At Mia Consultancy we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information is processed when you visit miaconsultancy.com, how it is used, and what rights you have.

1. General

This website is an informational site. There is no membership and no account creation. Information reaches us in two ways only: when you submit the contact form, or when you choose to send us an email directly.

Personal information you send us is never sold or used for marketing purposes, and it is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, apart from the service providers named on this page that process it on our behalf.

2. What Data Is Processed on This Site

The contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page, the name, company, email address and message you entered are sent over an encrypted connection to Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards them to our inbox as an email. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf, under its own privacy policy, and its servers may be located outside your country, including outside the EEA and Türkiye. The data is not passed to any marketing service, and it is used only to answer your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information, or confidential material about third parties, in the form; if you would rather not use it, you can email us directly at the address at the end of this page.

Email contact. When you email us, your name, email address and anything else you include in your message arrive in our inbox and are kept so that we can respond to your enquiry. Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the same way once they reach us.

Technical logs. This site is statically hosted. As with any web server, our hosting provider may record technical connection data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and for delivering the site. We do not access these logs to build individual profiles.

No visitor tracking. The site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies or comparable technologies.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored is a small preference in your browser’s local storage, remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used to identify you. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Content

All images, fonts and scripts on this site are served from our own domain. Viewing these pages does not cause your browser to request content from any third-party provider.

5. How Information Is Used

Information that reaches us is used only to:

  • respond to your enquiries and requests for a conversation,
  • assess together the possible scope of an engagement,
  • contact you where necessary.

It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Data Within Our Consultancy Work

In the course of our consultancy work with clubs, organisations and other clients, we may need to process personal data. Such data is not collected through this website. In those engagements, processing is governed by the contracts and confidentiality agreements signed with the organisation concerned and, where required, by separate privacy notices and explicit consent obtained from the individuals involved.

7. Retention

Information you send us by email is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your request and to support any resulting engagement. After that, or on your request, it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information that reaches us against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access is limited to the team members involved in the relevant enquiry or project.

9. Your Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to request that your data be transferred.

10. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top is revised accordingly.
